We are looking for a Digital and AI Consultant, with a sharp analytical mind, who is convinced that new AI solutions can create real business value when based on profound human insights and future scenarios.

The role is based at our Stockholm office, but you will work internationally with colleagues and clients.

The role

We are looking for someone who wants to be at the absolute forefront of how companies use AI in strategy and business development - from identifying insights and business opportunities, to leading the way in AI applications that help the company grow.

In the role of Digital and AI Consultant at Lynxeye, you will, together with our AI Skills Leader and Head of Product, be responsible for strengthening Lynxeye’s AI offering and ways of working.

You will work on both internal projects to ensure our organization has enough expertise to use AI efficiently, as well as in client projects, forging new ways for companies to deliver the best experience possible. Not only will your work shape Lynxeye’s AI path going forward, but this role also offers a great opportunity to work with C-level executives and make a meaningful impact on the future of leading brands and international companies.

The key objective is to learn and be updated on the latest developments and trends, while creating new solutions and products based on existing LLM, AI and ML models, that can be implemented within the organization, or packaged for clients.

All consultants at Lynxeye work in close collaboration with our clients in projects, and you will work together with a team of strategic, creative and analytic experts. As Lynxeye is part of Eraneos Group, you will also be able to collaborate and learn from the award winning Eraneos AI team in Germany.

Key responsibilities

  • AI expertise: Have and maintain a solid understanding of how AI products function at a technical level, keeping up with global developments in our field.

  • AI products: Build AI products and tools that help us, and our clients, move forward and find direction in a chaotic world.

  • AI rollout: Identify what is needed to shift habits and create benefits while implementing AI within organizations.

  • AI projects: Manage and structure new AI projects effectively, from initial proposal through completion, and help deliver them together with our teams.

In addition, you enjoy building strong client relationships and thrive in a fast, dynamic, and innovative environment.

This is a new and independent role at Lynxeye, therefore you are expected to have a proactive and innovative way of working as well as a strong ability to grasp basic concepts around data and the flow of information.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within relevant field for consulting or software engineering.

  • 2+ years of experience working with software development, possibly as a full-stack developer within business systems and data sources.

  • Basic knowledge in JavaScript, Python and SQL.

  • Basic knowledge of hosting and cloud deployment.

  • Basic understanding of brand strategy, growth strategy and/or corporate direction.

  • Business proficient in written and spoken Swedish and English.

  • It is considered a plus if you have experience building tools in a Microsoft environment such as Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, etc.
