Design Project Manager/Production Leader

We are looking for a Design Project Manager, who is convinced that strategic design can create real business value when based on profound human insights and future scenarios. You will lead the planning and delivery of brand and creative projects – from identity systems and guidelines to campaigns, photoshoots and brand assets.

The role is based at our Stockholm office, but you will work internationally with colleagues and clients.

The role

As a Design Project Manager/ Production Leader at Lynxeye, you will be responsible for driving the execution of brand and design projects in close collaboration with strategists, designers, and clients.

You will lead the day-to-day planning and delivery of creative work – ensuring that projects move forward efficiently, feedback loops are clear, and produced deliverables meet the highest standards.

This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with a strong connection to the creative process.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage creative production and project process in client projects    
Plan, scope, and structure projects together with internal teams and clients
Create clear and actionable creative briefs
Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Drive day-to-day project progress across multidisciplinary teams
Facilitate feedback processes between clients and creative teams
Ensure high-quality delivery of brand assets such as guidelines, campaigns, and photoshoots.
Maintain clear project documentation and status tracking

What this role is (and is not)

This is a creative project management role within brand and design.

You will work closely with designers and creative teams on design deliverables
You will manage the production of creative output

This is not:

A Product Owner or tech project management role
A role focused on software development or agile product teams
A role within physical production, sourcing, or manufacturing

Requirements:

Higher education within production or project management, with a focus on brand, communication, or creative production
5+ years of experience as a project manager within a brand, design, or creative agency, or in a similar role on the client side (e.g. in-house brand or marketing teams)
Proven experience managing delivery of brand identity projects, campaigns, or creative assets
Hands-on experience working closely with designers and creative teams
Strong ability to create clear briefs and translate client needs into actionable tasks
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and team resourcing
Business proficiency in written and spoken English and Swedish

In this role, you would likely work with one of our larger clients in Asia. Therefore, it is considered a plus if you are able to travel to Asia a few times a year and have experience working with international clients.
