Production Leader/Design Project Manager

We are looking for a Production Leader, who is convinced that strategic design can create real business value when based on profound human insights and future scenarios.  

The role is based at our Stockholm office, but you will work internationally with colleagues and clients. 

The role

As a Production Leader at Lynxeye, you will work in multidisciplinary project teams with a focus on design-related deliverables and implementation. Your main focus is to define project requirements and produce creative briefs to ensure optimal client delivery. You will oversee the production process and own planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Responsibilities also include facilitating effective ways of communication and feedback processes that bridge the needs of the client and the project team.  

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all stages of creative production and project process in client projects.    

• Establish and maintain high standards in planning and resourcing processes. Ensuring all delivery phases are on time and that project members are informed about roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and resources.   

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules for the project team. 

• Translate and bridge the needs of the client and project team.

• Own ways of project documentation regarding progress and status.   

• Ensure routines for archiving completed projects for future reference.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong understanding of the planning, production, and delivery phases of brand identity projects, including identity guidelines and templates, marketing communications, photoshoots, and more. 

You demonstrate strong expertise in producing creative briefs and translating client needs to the project team. You also have experience assigning responsibilities across creative and design teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered on time. 

• Higher education within production management.   

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a Production Leader/Production Manager in design-related client projects.   

• Business proficient in written and spoken English and Swedish.   

In this role, you would likely work with one of our larger clients in Asia. Therefore, it is considered a plus if you are able to travel to Asia a few times a year and have experience working with international clients.
