14 years of combined consulting and line management experience
from Pricewaterhouse Coopers management consulting and Accenture focused on process
& change, marketing transformation and CSR & sustainability, followed
by 4 years in line management roles in business development at Arla and brand development,
marketing and CSR at Lernia before joining Lynxeye in 2012.
That is a tricky question, one that is close at heart is Lego - how they managed to turn the
company from the brink of bankruptcy into one of the world’s most loved brands with category outstanding business results
is quite remarkable. By becoming more consumer-driven and staying true to their
purpose of inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow they have managed
to make the brand relevant for young and old builders, speaking to the creative
