Master in Science and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics with a specialization in consumer marketing. Eight years marketing experience from Procter & Gamble working on several brands, categories and geographies both locally in Nordics and globally in the EMEA headquarter. Joined Lynxeye in 2016.
I have several, but one of them would be McDonald’s the two key reasons being:
i) The trust that the company puts in its young employees. It was my first job and not only was it fun but it was also a great place to learn the true meaning of service, customer-handling and taking responsibility for my own but also others’ development.
ii) The transformation that the brand has gone through in the past years into providing healthier options as a part of the overall shift in society towards doing the right thing by putting people, processes and practices into place to make quality food and more responsible sourcing choices.
