Spotify has really changed the way people consume music, and is also great at creating a positive customer experience (nothing makes me long for Monday mornings as much as an updated Discover weekly playlist). Not only have they gotten millions of people worldwide to pay 100 SEK a month for music, they also inspire with different ways to discover new music.
