Favourite Brand Netflix. From starting as a website where people could rent DVDs through mail to become the world’s largest movie house, without owning any cinemas. A result of innovation, but also the understanding that consumers today is not only interested in what message your brand deliver, but more importantly what experience your brand can give them.
