About the role

Do you have a special fascination for consumer behavior, an entrepreneurial mindset, are analytically sharp and want to make a difference? We are looking for a trend sensitive and curious person to join our team of global changemakers.

If you are experienced within market research methods and like to be involved from both a practical and strategical perspective in projects, you could be the candidate we are looking for. At Lynxeye you’ll have the opportunity of working with highly motivated colleagues on global accounts and not just deliver amazing insights but to be involved when they create strategical effects.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Conceptualize and conduct studies that generate insights on consumer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and improve our customers’ value proposition, product offering and strategy
  • Managing and coordinating the activities required for successful projects, both independently and as insight lead in a team
  • Responsible for translating findings into clear and actionable insights, pro-actively generate ideas, formulate and communicate recommendations that drive action
  • Serve as a specialist and advisor in the area of research methods, as well as, managing strategic partnerships within this area
  • Ensure processes, tools, and documentation are in place to support efficient and consistent ways-of-working as well as developing new methodologies and product offerings to meet existing client needs and to drive new business

Skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Marketing, Economics or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in market research, customer insights or similar
  • Passion for branding, strategic marketing issues and genuine interest for understanding why people act as they do
  • Strong experience working with gathering customer insights
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience of project management
  • Effective at communicating and explaining insights in simple and memorable ways
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
