Insight Manager

 

Lynxeye is starting a new venture in Singapore and we are looking for an experienced Insight Manager. You will join our Asian headquarters and build our growing business across the region from Singapore.

Role Description

As an Insight Manager at Lynxeye you will help leading companies take strategically important decisions through advanced market and customer intelligence.

Main responsibilities for you as an Insight Manager include:

  • Leading key questions, suitable methods, execution of research and analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Responsible for running effective working teams consisting of Lynxeye insight professionals, sub-contractors and clients
  • Contribute with though leadership in research, insights and analytics, to customers and other Lynxeye professionals.
  • Applying strong quantitative method expertise and guidance within the broad area of analytics solutions.
  • Build and develop existing client relationship together with the Client Director, handling multiple key stakeholders with diverse background
  • Identify and realize further sales potential within on-going client projects
  • Leverage your intrapreneurial skills, as we build a boutique consultancy and rapidly growing Asian operation


Candidate Profile


  • Excellent academic results from graduate level programs (BBA, BSc or equivalent)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required; Mandarin highly advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 years experience from consulting within market and customer intelligence, within business development, strategic marketing, and innovation processes. Ideally with an international scope.
  • Expertise within quantitative insight generation, mastering key driver analysis, concept testing, conjoint, and advanced analytics in general on diverse customer- oriented data sets.
  • Proven ability to successfully lead complex research / analytics and insight initiatives, reporting to top management level, and managing large groups of stakeholders.
  • Passionate about strategic marketing questions and demonstrated understanding of the great business potential when identifying and acting on profound consumer insights
  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex issues and translating them into understandable and actionable recommendations that create strong business results
  • Willingness and ability to build strong client relationships generating further business projects with existing clients or creating new projects with client prospects
