Senior Consultant

Role Description  

As a Senior Brand Management Consultant at Lynxeye you will face rewarding career opportunities and varied challenges. You will play an active role in helping leading companies with strategically important brand management decisions. 

Main responsibilities for you as a Senior Consultant include:

  • Problem solving and planning of major brand transformation projects
  • Performing analyses, drawing relevant conclusions and communicating the conclusions to the rest of the project team and to the client
  • Building strong client relationships together with the project managers
  • Participate in the development and implementation of pitch presentations
  • Leverage your entrepreunial skills as you together with us build a boutique and rapidly growing Asian operation


Candidate Profile  

  • Excellent academic results from graduate level programs (MBA, MSc or equivalent) preferably with a major in marketing
  • Minimum 3 years relevant post-graduate professional experience in management consulting or strategic marketing role
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required; Mandarin highly advantageous
  • Creative, perceptive and insightful
  • Professional regional experience highly advantageous
  • Strong passion and knowledge for brands, innovation and strategic market issues
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proactive with a strong ethos towards working effectively in teams to achieve optimal results
  • Willingness and ability to build strong team spirit and ensure that all team members develop and thrive

Lynxeye was founded in 1999 in Sweden and is a consulting firm focused on strategic marketing and branding. With a unique combination of expertise from brand management companies (e.g. Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Kraft, H&M), management consultancies (e.g. McKinsey, Capgemini, Accenture) and research companies (e.g. Gfk, Reflect), Lynxeye has had profitable growth of over 25% per year since its inception and we are still growing.

Lynxeye currently has around 50 employees and our vision is to become one of the world´s top three authorities on brand management based on our Core Insight philosophy combined with strong business results.

A typical client project consists of an initial strategy phase (identifying growth potential, conducting market segmentation and formulating a brand strategy) followed by an implementation phase where we help our client put the brand strategy into effect.

Our offices in Singapore and Stockholm are strategically positioned bases to effectively serve our projects, a majority of which are international. 

Currently, we have ongoing client projects in Europe, Americas and Asia. Our client portfolio includes established brands such as Volkswagen, Spotify, Absolut Vodka, Volvo Cars, Carlsberg, Nokia, Martell and Samsung.
